Do you offer international shipping for heavy equipment?
Yes, we ship worldwide. However, heavy items like standing bags or heavy punching bags may incur additional freight charges. Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and total package weight.
What is your return policy on protective gear?
For hygiene reasons, items such as mouthguards, groin protectors, and hand wraps cannot be returned once opened. Other gear like gloves, shinguards, and apparel can be returned within 30 days, provided they are unused and in original packaging.
Are your leather products made from genuine or synthetic leather?
Fighters Boutique offers both. Our 'Pro' lines typically feature premium top-grain cowhide leather for maximum durability, while our 'Entry' lines use high-quality engineered synthetic leather (Skintex) for a more budget-friendly option.
How should I clean and maintain my boxing gloves?
Never machine wash your gloves. Wipe the exterior with a damp cloth and use specialized glove deodorizers or 'dogs' to absorb moisture after training. Always allow them to air dry in a well-ventilated area away from direct sunlight.
Can I cancel or modify my order after it has been placed?
We process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery. You can modify or cancel your order within 1 hour of placement by contacting our support team. Once the order has reached the 'Shipped' status, we can no longer make changes.
